Finally, she really enjoyed the fish tank at the back. It was easy to keep her distracted with all the decorations in the store while we did our shopping.
Great place for the family. Lot of activities for kids. They are allowing pets like dogs in the store. There were huge size dogs moving around with their masters. Little dangerous!
Bass Pro Shop you guys are great. Thank you for making a stressful time of year super easy, welcoming and fun for our whole family. We will definitely be back next year.
Very nice clean store with a lot to do for the kids, including a laser shooting range and a bowling alley. The restaurant is also pretty good.
2 hour wait to see Santa. Too busy/crammed to really enjoy the store when it's packed like it was today. Just feels claustrophobic the whole time. They do have cool stuff though!
The activities were a bit old for her, but she was still made to feel welcome and included by the staff. They even took the time to wish her happy birthday.
Santa sang happy birthday to her and gave high fives to make her comfortable when she was being shy. It worked. She smiled for a photo, waved at people and waved at the reindeer.
2 ND visit for same reason hoping to get someone who knew at least something or at least acted like they gave a s**t!!! Nope another 6 hour round trip to be told I don't know about 6 times again. Then the follow up you could go online and look it all up yourself figure out what we clam to offer as professionals then oder it through us over pay and then have it shipped here so you can drive out of your way again to come back here to over pay for more products we done know s**t about. Thanks but No thanks I'm good. It's sad because I prefer the personal interaction with a professional, but when stores like this can't even care enough to screen there so called professionals or at least take the time to train them. I'm done I'll go online as you suggested but it won't be to order through you after doing all your homework THATS FOR SURE!!!!
We went in with a 1 year old praying to the gods we could get a picture where she wasn't screaming. Never did we expect the beautiful photo of a smiling baby with Santa.
