We randomly stopped here for an interesting lunch. It was elaborately decorated with an underwater theme and had a neat looking bowling alley. They had all you can eat shrimp for only $9.99, their burgers were very big, and the fries were very good. The server and host were extremely nice.
One person seating restaurant and doing the bowling reservations. Half way done with bowling, still no server. Have asked multiple times to have one. Went to bar, bartender busy talking. Finally asked hostess again and she apologized and offered to take order. One round of bowling done (hostess has brought us drinks). Hostess brings us a pass for free bowling. Finally after 50 min of waiting, we got food. Won’t be back.
UPDATE: changing to one star. They charged us for our ticket then another charge for $25.31! I called to report the error and the manager said he was going to put me on hold and run to the office. After being on hold for 12 minutes, I hung up and called back. The manager apologized and said he was seating a table...really?!?! Ugh, then l was I formed that he would need to call EDC to return my money and wasn’t sure how long that would take. Oh but he offered to send me a free meal!!!
Amazing ambiance for bowling. ALLIGATOR on the menu with a light spicy sauce. Gluten free options.
Service was extremely slow! Server was friendly but forgot about appetizer, couldn’t get any service to let them know or to get ketchup and drink refills. Burger was half well done and half medium rare and was missing the onion rings. Things definitely went down hill from the last time we went.
It was a slow evening being it was a Wednesday but awesome service at the bar and at our table 6 of us are great food and price was good good wouldn't hesitate to go back!!
