Wait staff good. Brought wrong food..but Manager took care of it even though we did not complain..now thats good management..Packed...need more room in between tables. Will go back...food was good
The food was great but they messed up our order (party of 5) first it was cold, then it wasn't cooked right. When we got the bill it was so convoluted that they still charged us regular price after they said they would gives us a discount. I will not return to this place.
the waitress denise was rude and very slow! when my kid asked for a kids menu she rolled her eyes and waited very long to get it. then when she did order something off the kids menu she gave her a lecture about how she could not order off of it because she is obviously not under the age of 12 when in fact she is 11! I am truly in disbelief by my experience here and will not be eating here anytime soon! Our table was always last to get served or when waiting for her to pick up our check she ignored us multiple times. It is unacceptable to treat customers this way!
We had good luck with our bartender and our to go food was good. She even checked our order when it came out of the kitchen and found something missing. The previous bartender made the same drink three times to get it right. Didn't affect us so the 5 stars.
Craved their Thai Peanut Boneless Wing after being in the hospital. Called in my order. When picking up the bartender realized they messed up in my order and put a rush on having it fixed. I really appreciated he took time to check my order because honestly I wouldn't have realized the mess up until I got home. Personally prefer the Altoona location to the Merle Hay location. Can't beat the 2 for $20. Clean. Good comes out quick. Staff very friendly.
