I absolutely LOVE everything about this place. EXCELLENT customer service. Pizza is always fantastic with GENEROUS toppings! I get their daily specials via text message and save $$$!
Veggie pizza with hardly any veggies and spinach was $1.50 more and also $1.50 for extra cheese....added extra cheese at home. This was the poorest excuse for a veggie pizza in my lifetime! Do not do frozen pizza's but I would do a frozen in the future.
This particular location has under age kids who smoke cigarettes and ask patrons for ciggerertes. Also in Iowa state division for child labor laws there are children working under the age of 16 without valid work permits, And running machinary illegally under Iowa state child labor laws. Some of the children that work there are illegally working over 28 hours a week's and there days are over four hours Wich is illegal as well. One of the store mangers who is 16 named Andrea is running the store without an adult supervision wich is illegal in chapter 32 of the Iowa state division child labor law handbook and the Papa Murphy's handbook. Hands down this location and it's general district Manger Amanda are horrible at running g this particular location to my fullest knowledge.
I ordered pizza there this evening and there were 3 people working. It was very busy but all of the employees were courteous and friendly. Everyone was helped in a timely manner. I had carried my baby in a carseat into the store with me and I was offered help out to my car by 2 different employees since I had my hands full. I just thought they all went above and beyond as employees.
