Pulled into drive through and after a minute and a half asked if someone was on the drive through headset.
If less than one star was possible that'd be better. Stood in line for 20 minutes while they were not very busy, was not even acknowledged. Proceeded to leave and go through the drive through, still waiting much longer than necessary.
Was told they'd be with me in a minute.
No response at all.
Waited three minutes and asked again.
Always good food, but don't expect them to open on time. I love getting to restaurants like this when they open to get it fresh, but it's always a 15 minute wait to get in, and then another 10 minutes for them to have the food ready. Just post for 11am if you aren't ever ready to serve food at 10:30.
Left to eat somewhere else.

If you are looking for fast food Chinese this is one if the best, even among other Panda Expresses. The staff is friendly and willing to take time and answer your questions or let you sample any dish. Restaurant is always clean and we'll maintained. The parking lot is confusing but that is because it shares it with a McDonald's. I eat here at least once a week.
In drive -through the one who takes order sometimes voice is so low, you barely can hear it and will tell you to wait for a minute, but it's more than that, not friendly, and mostly snob. Though, I didn't go there for them, but sometimes it can ruin the day. And, when I got home I got a little serving of chicken for it ordered teriyaki and rice is undercooked. So frustrating!
