Very nice staff, rooms were clean and cozy. The room heater was a bit loud. Everything wise was great.
The guy who checked our group in was very friendly and helpful-best staff member we encountered out of the three we saw during our stay- by far! We had a small issue with losing our keys in the crack of the elevator but he was very accommodating and helpful. Eventually we got the keys fished out! You're hotel is great and very up to date! Love it!

Was a "walk-in" & got treated like an owner. Young man who greeted/checked us in was patient (while I located my misplaced AAA card), thoughrful, and very helpful w/suggestions and directions to get a good dinner. It was comfortable, quiet, and best of all, reasonably priced. My best compliment? We'll definitely be staying here again in the spring.
Hands down best hotel experience I've ever had! They have excellence customer service! Very accommodating for my family needing early check in and late check out! Excellent continental breakfast too!
We stayed here overnight on the way out of Des Moines. This hotel is quite nice for it's price range and in a great location. It's just off the interstate at an exit with plenty of amenities. It's a newer hotel and everything looked like it was brand new. The room was comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The included breakfast was pretty much the same as most places, but the breakfast area, like the rest of the hotel was clean and inviting. This hotel does have an indoor pool, but it is well separated form the main building, so you aren't overwhelmed by the smell of the pool when you walk into the hotel. The only thing we could fault was the carpet in the hallway where our room was located. It was very nice, clean, carpet that still managed to look like someone had done a poor job of ripping out the floor coverings in a 100 year old building. It is just the strangest and most unattractive pattern I have ever seen.
