Friendly staff. Quick loading process. Loaded the trailer the way I had requested which is much appreciated.
It was my first time here. The woman I checked in with was friendly and helpful. Didn't get loaded the day I was supposed to but it wasn't there fault . The place that was supposed to bring my load didn't get it there. So I got loaded the next morning as soon as it got there. The gal I checked in with helped me the whole time by letting me know step by step when the load would be thier. Good people and good place.
Somedays are quick, others slower. Good people.
Wait time in the dock was fairly short, so good job guys!
this place sucks. waited 6 hours to get loaded. my appointment was at noon but i arrived at 9:00 am out of the 6 hours it really only took two hours to load. i just dont understand why it takes so long to load and at others are so quick to load and unload. they all should be the same.
