I've brought my bike here several times and have never had satisfactory service. The last time was the last straw. Brought my bike to get the hydraulic brakes bled and mentioned the brake might have a leak. I paid $40 for nothing (there was a leak and the brake was back to its original state in a day). I bought a new brake and installed it myself for $35. I've had similar experiences with my gears not being adjusted properly. Would not recommend.
Very knowledgeable staff. They have a great selection of bikes and equipment to choose from. I purchased my bike from here 4 years ago, and they have been very helpful ever since.
