Actual theaters are great but management is poor. Went to a 1pm showing on a Sunday. Reserved my tickets online. Upon arrival, both ticket printing kiosks were offline, waited in a 30 person deep line to get my tickets from the only 1 person working ticket counter. When I finally got to the line he told me to just have the person taking tickets scan my info....another line. Then a 20 plus deep line for concessions where again only one person was working. After getting popcorn, the drink station was disgusting, sticky and no lids with straw wrappers everywhere, oh and couldn't get any m&ms because the candy shelf wasn't stocked. Then again, only one person taking money for food. Its a weekend. Staff it appropriately. 25 minutes late getting to my movie was completely unacceptable. Frankly it was a joke. Copper creek in pleasant hill isn't that much further. I think next time I'll take my business somewhere else.
Overall it was ok. Popcorn was definitely not up to par for movie theater. Walking into main entrance wasn't overly impressed like I was told, concession line was long and slow. I was very impressed with the very comfortable electric reclining seats, best theater seats I've ever experienced.
Nice, clean theaters. The picture quality is excellent and the chairs are comfortable. The bathrooms are usually clean except when their really busy. Drinks can be a little on the spendy side. The staff are friendly and helpful so yes, I recommend this place.
I love the seats! They are so comfortable. The movie is always good too! One thing I wish they could change is the commercials, they go 15 minutes passed the time for the movie to start, so it makes people be in a rush not to miss there movie. But overall it is great! I also love all the great snacks they have like ice cream and popcorn, and even Starbucks!! This place is wonderful!
Love this theater. The most comfortable seating I have ever had at the movies. Great selection of movies, plenty of parking. The only complaint would be the prices at the snack bar are a little high.
