This review is based on delivery alone. I have never ordered carry out from this location.
Good start, but terrible end. They consistently mess up my orders.. Not happy. Last two times I've ordered from them I've had to call them back to drop off things they forgot the first time.
Food quality is 5 stars. Every time I've ordered the food arrived hot and fresh.
Usually a good experience ordering from the app. Always on time and hot. Staff is always friendly.
Placed an order online. Received a call that they were out of sandwich bread. Decided to get the chicken instead but was told they were out of chicken as well.
Staff gets 5 stars. All of the delivery drivers I've met have been prompt, courteous, professional and polite.
Order Accuracy gets 3 stars. This is the only fault I've found with this location. Food was always right, but they forget the extras (dipping cups, parmesan, etc.) 90% of the time. If I order one extra, I don't get any. If I order two, I might get one. Otherwise, this location is spot on. Overall one of the best Dominos in the Metro.
Speed is 5 stars. Every one of my orders arrived quickly. I have never been left wondering where my order was.
Fast. Sometimes faster than Jimmy Johns. Good food, orders accurate except one time and the manager called me before the driver got there to make I checked it because he thought they may have sent the wrong thing. They had another driver on the way immediately with correct product.
