With big city amenities and a small town feel, Altoona is an excellent place to both visit and live!
Stayed home with my sick kid from work. A guy comes with no other notice puts a note on my door without even knocking or anything, walked right by me. He saw me sitting there didn't say anything and shuts or water off. Costs me $25 for him to go 1 block to flip a switch to turn it back on. What a horrible person this guy is not to say hey shuting your water off, just so you know. Very disturbing that this man gets paid by tax dollars to be lazy. A joke of a human, when its as simple as knocking on my door to let me know. Im sure this complaint will do nothing but hopefully his boss lets him know to be a little more considerate and a MAN about these things in the future.
