I went into the urgent care clinic. The speed was great I was in and out in about an hour. Dr. Treimer was amazing. He has a great beside manner. The office was very prompt with follow up calls. I'm very glad Altoona has a wonderful urgent care clinic to go to now.
I had multiple issues with them. They kept blaming their lack of knowledge of things on the local pharmacy when it was clearly their fault. They also refused to call the pharmacy multiple times to sort matters out when, once again, it was their error to begin with. They do not understand the procedures of pharmacies, and because of that lack of knowledge, they create miscommunication and stress. And if you think they will fix their wrongs and make things right with their patients, think again.
Communication is key. Had two different people return my call to tell me they didn't know if record was faxed. And to top it off they aren't going to release records again unless patient comes in for a physical. Been going there for 20+ years and now I think I will find a new physician. Unsatisfactory
