She didn't seemed angry or bitter at all that I was there late, and I enjoyed talking with her the entire time.
The prices are reasonable, the workers are amiable, and I recommend this place if you want fast service (walk-ins are welcome!) and awesome prices.
I was charged for a long hair perm and my hair isn't even shoulder length. My hair was not frizzy going in but it sure was when I came out. I am not happy and even went back to get the uneven cut straightened out and it still isn't correct. Do your hair a favor and stay away from this place! The whole time I was at the shampoo sink I had to listen to the employees complain that "Mike only has to work one night in 3 weeks and they have to close twice a week." It's not what paying customers what to hear! Keep your bitching about your job in the break room. Very unprofessional!!!
Love this place
I went in for a trim at 7:45pm, thinking the store closed at 9, and Kelly greeted me at the front desk. I asked if I could get a tiny trim (1 inch taken off), and she mentioned the store was closing soon, but she took me in anyway! She shampooed, conditioned, and trimmed my hair and even slathered on frizz ease to boot.
Took about 45mins to do a man cut hair and still all the hair are uneven cut
In the end I bought the frizz ease gel, which she gave me a nice 20% discount card for, and I profusely thanked her for agreeing to trim my hair so late in her shift.
Nikki is the one I look for when I go in.
First off, the hours say the store is open until 9, but they actually close at 8pm! Keep this in mind!
