Normally enjoy this target for the most part, just recently bought sweet condensed milk an when I got home and went to open it realized it expired in April.. it's November.
Later on the same day I had a few items to pick up and was stopped again upon departing. All of my items were bagged this time. Prior to my attempted exit three other parties were allowed to leave unimpeded as well as two additional during my stop. I do not know what made me appear suspicious to them but I presume some sort of profiling may be involved. I think I'll be avoiding this location from now on as it appears I am not welcome.
They had great service the staff was nice to look up a item but we didn't end of finding what we needed but they were still very nice and store was clean
This place was so disappointing. I called to put an item on hold because no other target had the item, they took my name and number- said it would be in customer service . I get there an hour later (drove 45 mins) and “they can’t find it “. Nothing is more frustrating then driving 45 mins to get something that you put on hold and have not be there anymore after you were promised it would be there. They need to teach there workers to follow through with what they say they are going to do or if it was on hold - someone just take the item to please another customer
Have never had problems here. Staff has always been friendly and the place has always been clean. Generally the line at Starbucks inside is slow, but that's on Starbucks itself.
I was detained when exiting the store to inspect my receipt. That in itself is not odd. I inquired as to why I was being detained and was informed that everyone with unbagged items were to be stopped. I purchased one 20 pound container of cat litter, that was all. The exchange frustrated me as I had witnessed several people with multiple unbagged items exit unimpeded during my four minute stop. Excessive for a single item in my opinion.
