My kids love coming here when we visit the family. The rides are a bit too rough on my neck, especially the wooden roller coaster, but they are really fun and well designed. There are plenty of big persons rides to keep us busy all day. We have never seen super long lines, although we did wait about 45 minutes for the water raft, which was worth it. It's a fun park with lots to do. We haven't been to the water park side yet, but we plan on doing it eventually.
Nostalgia fills me with a feel of warmth thinking about this park. Looking back at the memories I made here during my childhood inspire me to bring one of my own someday. Keep it up Adventureland! Your positive employees and friendly atmosphere make this the perfect summer visit.
Only been here for Arcade auctions!!! The conference center is very nice and roomy with a big stage must be used for different things during the seasons!!! Easy access to bathrooms and parking! It's well maintained as well! Need to come here to do the actual park
Adventureland does a great job catering to families. They have also worked at upgrading their thrill rides with the opening on Monster last year. I hope to see more additions like this in the future.
I used to work there for 4 summers. Two years in games and two years in rides. I did not leave that long ago, I still remember the rules and what not of each ride. I went on the Monster and had my phone with me. The employees forcibly took my phone and said I couldn't have it. From what I remember from working there, the guests have full right to take their personal items on any ride that they please. The rides have signs posted that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. I feel if the guest would like to take a personal item on the ride they have full freedom to do so. If the park has those signs posted, it's on the guest if they lose their personal items. Also since I left the employees are so much more rude than what I remember my fellow coworkers being. This park is all about customer service and helping our guests having a great time. It supposed to be a family park. If the employees know how to have fun and can have a better attitude about working there, it will reflect on the guests experience.
